Free standard shipping (U.S. only) on all orders.

International shipping available – rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days.

Delivery times vary by location. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

🔄 Returns

You may return unused, unworn items in original packaging with all tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Non-returnable items:

Items that are opened, tampered with, or damaged

To initiate a return, reply to your order confirmation email or contact us with your order number.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

🔁 Exchanges & Refunds

Sealed, unused items returned within 30 days are eligible for:

A full refund to the original payment method, or

An exchange or store credit

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving your return.

Returns or exchanges after 30 days are handled on a case-by-case basis at Kaia Wigs’ discretion.

If the error is ours, we cover return shipping; otherwise, customers cover shipping costs.
