Returns:
At Kaia Wigs, we understand that sometimes things don't work out. That's why we offer a hassle-free return policy. Return purchases within seven days of delivery in their original packaging, unworn, and with tags attached. Contact us if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. We will work with you to ensure a smooth return process. Purchases processed with third-party payment methods (Affirm, Klarna, PayPal, etc.) are not returnable.
Exchanges/Refunds:
Sealed package returned within 7- days of delivery. (This does not include any custom items, sale items, items purchased with a discount code, or items paid with any form of Payment arrangements). After a 7-day grace period, refunds are at the company's discretion. Kaia Wigs will take responsibility for any errors made on the order. We will cover the shipping cost for the return of the item.
Customers may be responsible for the shipping cost for the return or exchanges (this does not apply to orders processed by payment arrangements) with no order errors.
