Free standard shipping (U.S. only) on all orders over $250.

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days.

Expedited (2–3 business days) shipping available at checkout for an additional fee.

We do not offer international shipping.

🔄 Returns
You may return unused, unworn items in original packaging with all tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Non‑returnable items: custom wigs; sale or discounted items; purchases via third‑party financing (Affirm, Klarna, PayPal, etc.).

To initiate a return, reply to your order confirmation email or contact us with your order number.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

🔁 Exchanges & Refunds
Sealed, unused items returned within 30 days are eligible for:

A full refund to the original payment method, or

An exchange or store credit.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving your return.

Returns or exchanges after 30 days are handled on a case-by-case basis at Kaia Wigs’ discretion.

If the error is ours, we cover return shipping; otherwise, customers cover shipping costs.
