If there are any discrepancies with your order we require all merchandise purchased to be returned to us please contact us for instructions. The hair purchased can be sent back for verification and for the exchange to be made or store credit to be issued if granted by Kaia Wigs.
Unopened and Unused items
Unopened and Unused items can be exchanged for full value within 3 days of delivery this does not include any custom items, sale items, items purchased with a discount code or items paid with any form of Payment arrangements. After this 3 day grace period, full value may only be issued at the company's discretion. Kaia Wigs will take any responsibility for any errors made on the order. We will cover the shipping cost for the return of the item.
If the buyer makes a mistake on the order and wants an exchange the customer may be responsible for the shipping cost for the return or the exchange if one is granted. (this does not apply to orders processed by payment arrangements)
Please note that we handle all returns and exchanges on a case by case basis and a refund or exchange maybe granted at our company's discretion. Shipping cost is base off area . All shipping depends on stock availbility. Please allow 2-3 business days once order is placed to receive order. Orders are enter for shipment at 12am CST. each day.
